Stadium tour.

Stadium Tours are open 7 days a week except for Christmas Day. Due to stadium events there are days where the tour route may be impacted or tours are unable to operate. Please always check Opening Hours here before visiting Emirates for a tour.

Please visit the Stadium Tour ticket desk located in the Armoury Store. Guests with time specific tours must arrive 15 minutes before their tour time in order to ensure the tour starts on time. Latecomers may be denied entry.

VIP Experience – please arrive 15 minutes before the Experience start time at the Diamond Club/Directors doors. Situated on Podium Level between turnstile A and S, above the Armoury Store.

The average Stadium Tour visit lasts approximately one hour although there is no time limit. The average Museum visits lasts approximately thirty minutes. Please note once guests have exited the Stadium or Museum there is no re-entry.

No pre-booking of time and dates are required for those that have booked a Stadium Tour and Museum ticket, simply turn up on a day that suits within the three month validity period.

Yes, tickets are available to purchase at the Museum entrance. Ticket prices are: adults £10, concessions £8 and children £7.

The Museum is located opposite turnstile E in the Northern Triangle Building next to the Ken Friar Bridge. It is a five minute walk from the Stadium Tour Entrance.

If you’ve bought your ticket from one of our partners you don’t need to book it in with Arsenal directly. Make sure you’ve followed the instructions from the ticket seller and printed out any vouchers you need, then just come to the Stadium Tours desk in the Armoury store any time during our opening hours and the team will get you started on your tour. We always keep our ticketing partners up to date with any closures but things can change at short notice so please check our Opening Hours page before visiting.

Once you have renewed or purchased a new Junior Gunner membership, Please allow 72 hours for the tour code to be sent to the email address on your membership account.

The email will have the subject heading  'Your FREE Stadium Tour Code'  and the email address it will be sent from is [email protected] . Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder if you are unable to locate the email. If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us here  to let us know and include your membership number(s).

How to redeem your tour code for a self guided tour

Please click here  to redeem your Junior Gunner Tour code. Once on the page scroll down and add your quantity and then click on 'add to bag' . 

On this page you will need to add your Junior Gunner Tour code to the voucher code box and click apply .

You will then receive a prompt to say the code as been applied and the amount you have saved.

• If you have added an infant to the booking then we advise you to click on the ' remove item' button and re do your booking and do not include an infant ticket and at the tours desk on the day the team will be able to assist with booking in the infant.
• If you have two Junior Gunner codes and only one adult, the site will only allow one voucher code per booking so we advise to book one adult and one child online using one code and at the tours desk on the day the team will be able to assist with booking in the other Junior Gunner.

Now click on ' proceed to checkout' and enter your payment details and then you will be sent a tour voucher via email and the voucher is valid for 3 months.

No pre-booking of time and dates are required for those that have booked a Stadium Tour online, simply turn up on a day that suits within the three month validity period, However we do strongly recommend you check the opening hours page here  to see if there are any tour route closures advertised.

TOURS - INFORMATION FOR DISABLED VISITORS

Emirates Stadium boasts excellent disabled facilities and all levels are accessible by lift. Registered disabled guests qualify for concession discount and can bring along one carer free of charge. Disabled parking is available for guests with a valid Blue Badge. Parking must be pre-booked 72 hours in advance.

Registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs are allowed on the Stadium Tour route and in the Museum. Please ensure you bring formal identification for your dog on the day. We do not allow any other dogs or pets.

We have 30 handsets on site that are loaded with the BSL tour, no pre-booking is required. If you are a group of 30 or more then please contact us at [email protected] so we can arrange to have additional handsets on site for your group.

LEGENDS TOUR

The Legend Tour takes approximately one and a half hours (group size dependent) and a further thirty minutes for the Museum. Upon completion of the Legend Tour guests may remain in the Stadium to re-visit areas before exiting for the Museum.

If you need to amend a Legend Tour booking, please follow the instructions included in your e-mail booking. This must be done no less than 7 days before your planned tour. For registered users, you may also change your booking from your My Account area.

TAKE TO THE PITCH

What must I bring? 

• All supporters must bring their own football boots and shinpads in order to take part in the experience. Guests will be refused access to the pitch if they fail to bring these items with them. Moulded boots or astroturf trainers will be accepted. No boots with studs, screw-ins, or blades allowed.
• We also recommend guests bring their own water bottle
• Please bring your signed waiver with you on the day. (1 per person)

What should I wear? 

• It is recommended that supporters wear ath-leisure style clothing. Shin pads are required. No shin pads, no play. Please also avoid anything baggy as this is a Health & Safety risk.
• Please note, supporters must arrive dressed for the event. Changing facilities will not be provided.

What is the minimum age for the experience? 

• The minimum age to take part is 6 years or older. Any guests under 5 years old will not be allowed on this experience due to Health & Safety restrictions.

How long is this event? 

• The whole experience with last around 1 hour and 20 minutes. 40 minutes of this will be time pitchside and on the pitch.

What if I want to just watch?

• The on pitch activities are included in the price of the ticket. If you decide you would prefer to watch from the dugouts on the day, that is your choice. However, you will still need to purchase a full price ticket.
• No spectator only tickets are available.

Am I able to refund this experience?

• Due to the limited nature of this product, this experience is non-refundable.

Am I able to bring children 5 and under with me on the day?

• For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children aged 5 and under on the day. We are also unable to watch children while supervising adults take part in the experience.

MATCHDAY TOUR

Matchday tours take place on days where kick off is 15.00 or later. Tours will run until approximately two and a half hours before kick off. To purchase a Matchday tour click here .

The Matchday tour duration is one hour. This tour will visit the Directors Entrance, Directors Box, Diamond Club, Players Entrance, Lower Bowl and the Home Dugout. Please note if visiting the Stadium on a Europa fixture the tour will visit Directors Entrance, Directors box, Diamond Club, Players Entrance and the Home Dugout. Complimentary access to the Museum is included in all Matchday tour products.

The Whistlestop tour is a 20 minute viewing experience in the lower bowl of the Stadium seated behind the Home Dugout. Complimentary access to the Museum is included as well.

No bags are allowed into the Stadium on a Matchday tour. All bags are security tagged and placed in a secure bag cage whilst the tour takes place. Guests may take small personal items such as wallets, phones and small cameras onto the tour with them.

We advise guests to arrive 15 minutes before their tour time in order to ensure the tour leaves on time. If guests arrive late then we will endeavour to join guests to their already departed tour. Due to number restrictions on the tour we can not move guests to the next available tour.

VIRTUAL TOUR

The Emirates Stadium Virtual Tour is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see behind the scenes of the iconic Emirates Stadium from the comfort of your own home. Created using state-of-the-art 3D photography, it allows you to explore the stadium from a laptop, desktop computer or tablet. With exclusive commentary from our Club Captains and Arsenal Legend Lee Dixon, video, picture and audio content you won’t find anywhere else it’s the closest you can get to the stadium without actually being there.

When you purchase the Virtual Stadium Tour, you will receive a unique access code and a link to enter the tour. Your code is valid for 6 months from purchase. Once activated the code is valid for 48 hours and you can enter the tour up to 5 times from your home during this period.

The Stadium Tour can be viewed on most devices with internet access, including laptops, desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. If your ticket has been purchased direct from  www.arsenal.com/tours  then there is no need to print your e-ticket, you can simply show it on your phone. If your ticket has been purchased from a third party then your ticket will need to be printed before you arrive at the Stadium.

Stadium Tour tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days after purchase. Legend Tour and Matchday Tour tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days before the tour takes place. Dates can be changed a minimum of 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour, subjective to availability. No Stadium Tour product can be sold on.

Disabled parking is available for guests with a valid Blue Badge. Parking must be pre-booked 72 hours in advance. Please call  020 7619 5000  to discuss accessibility arrangements with a member of the team. There is no additional parking on site and no coach drop off or pick up in the vicinity of the Stadium.

There are no facilities on site to leave luggage or bags. Due to security measures we are also unable to accept suitcases or large items on the Stadium Tour route or in the Museum. Guests who arrive with items larger than cabin sized bags will be refused entry.

Professional cameras and recording equipment cannot be taken into the Stadium or Museum. If you are interested in filming for professional uses then please contact our Communications department on [email protected].

Should the option for a student ticket be present, it will be shown once you select your given tour. Please note: If using a student ticket you will be asked to produce a valid student card on the day of visiting as proof of ID. We reserve the right to not accept ID that we deem invalid or fraudulent .

You can bring a pushchair/buggy on route. There will be lifts available for most areas - there is only one area where you would need to lift it down a set of steps. You unfortunately won't be able to leave the buggy unattended due to security reasons.
