Zero customer service

Bought a lampshade, it arrived damaged. I've tried multiple times to contact them but had zero response. Seems this is the norm. They are more than happy to keep spamming their offers via email and tell us how great they are but in reality, they are not even ok, just terrible. Don't let the expensive looking website and lies about hassle free customer service fool you, avoid and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered an electric guitar on the 16/3 paid protection and express. It's now the 25/3 received no tracking number, business apparently has no one to answer a phone or reply to messages/emails. No item has been delivered despite their website customer service bot saying the order has been fulfilled, Australia Post confirms all express delivery parcels by a tracking number. Where is my item? I have now disputed this purchase with my bank institution. Advice to this business, clean up your act!

I'd give 0 if I could

Ordered 2 products on Sunday. It says all over website delivery is 2-3days. It's Friday. I tried calling and nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns emails or messages. I left a message saying I urgently need to speak to someone as I'm going away and I still haven't received any notification of my product. Then I receive a message on my phone, not even a phone call....disgusting service.........saying that they have cancelled my order because they cannot deliver my product. I must admit there are some really nice products on this website, but I ordered what I thought would be a colourful throw which in the sale was still expensive. Annoyingly I didn't check the return policy, as most companies now offer a free return service. So now I'm faced with having to return a heavy throw at a considerable cost I'm sure. Lovely picture but glass was broken on delivery

I received a gorgeous,large ( 90 by 70cm?) picture on Monday but sadly the glass was broken. I sent a message via their site to ask if there was any way I could have a replacement. The picture is hung and looks lovely but just doesn't have that extra look without the glass. I took photos of everything when unpacked. No answer through email and four days later I've tried calling but it just cuts off. I had a small picture arrive a day later and all was good,well wrapped like the first and fast delivery. Not sure what to do regarding the big rabbit picture. Guess it looks ok.

I received an email a few days ago saying that I had cancelled my order so followed this up only to be told that it was due to 'unforeseen circumstances and relocation'. I have used VM and the associated outlet a lot to furnish our holiday let. I initially ordered some velvet in a purple shade to refurbish a bedroom and was disappointed when the fabric failed QC, and the order was refunded. Erica and Monica in customer service were outstanding! I was worried I would lose my place in the curtain making lady’s queue, with guests due in for the Christmas period. Two bedrooms are already done so I wanted the third to be completed so they are all equal. Monica and Erica immediately shipped swatches of various fabrics that we thought would work. The chosen material was ordered with a decent discount, thanks to Monica, and the order expedited. The Curtain lady has almost finished the curtains and is now busy with the soft furnishings. Hard to contact customer service

Lampshade arrived not suitable. I returned it per their policy paying for the postage and they received it on 31 October. I am still waiting for a refund. It legally should be issued within 14 days from when the item was received. I am trying to phone and email about this but with no response and can only leave a message on voicemail, again no response. Very poor customer service

No opportunity to change my order

No opportunity to change my order, which I wanted to. Telephone line was down on the day and my emails were not responded to as quick as I would have wanted. The order placed was a real treat, in hard financial times, and the thought of paying two lots of postage, instead of just one, was beyond my capabilities on two really expensive items of purchase. In the end, just one was purchased. Three stars awarded as a member of staff did, courteously, phone me - message left - and emails received suggesting I look in my 'spam' folder for email replies. The business could just do with a more human touch, rather than an electronic payment system that cannot be altered to suit the customer's specific requirements. NB I note that the price of the lampshade has gone up in price since I ordered, yet is still quoted as a clearance price. Certainly could not have bought it now!

I have ordered many items over the last few years. I have spent a lot of money with Voyage. They're products are good quality and the packaging is above and beyond ! It is hit and miss if you receive them quickly. They do state that some items may take some time. I have never received any notification that my order is being delivered by a courier.
