Australia’s new Kings of Variety Television are thrilled to announce their return with a captivating and heart-warming new show, following the resounding success of their sold-out national tour in 2022. The Robertson Brothers will once again take center stage as your charming and cheeky hosts, paying tribute to the musical icons of the 1960s, including The Bee Gees, Simon & Garfunkel, Roy Orbison, Cliff Richard & The Shadows, Frankie Valli, The Everly Brothers, Neil Sedaka, and The Seekers.

This exhilarating show will also feature the multi-talented Simon Brook McLachlan, celebrated for his performance in the original Australian cast of Jersey Boys. McLachlan will thrill audiences with his tributes to Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons and Neil Sedaka, as well as a new tribute to the much-loved superstar, Sir Cliff Richard.

Joining the cast is Australia’s internationally acclaimed Roy Orbison tribute artist, Dean Bourne. Bourne will take audiences on a journey back in time, performing the biggest hits of the 1960s by the legendary ‘Big O.’

First held in 1916, the CONMEBOL Copa America is the world's oldest continental-based, still-running soccer competition. It is centered around South America but has come to include North American teams through CONCACAF, as well as the occasional Asian team invitee (none will compete this year, but Japan and Qatar have participated in the past). 

Returning champions Argentina are tied with Uruguay for the most wins, at 15 titles each, and kicked off the competition with a win against Canada. Argentine superstar Lionel Messi will take a break from his duties with Inter Miami and return to his home team to attempt to lead them to another championship. The competition will run now until the final on July 14.

Where to watch Copa America in the US

Copa America matches will be spread across Fox, Fox Sports 1 (FS1), and Fox Sports 2 (FS2) in the US. If you don't have cable, it might be time to explore a Fox-friendly live TV service like Sling TV or Fubo.

Anderson .Paak will play his Grammy-nominated second album, “Malibu,” in its entirety at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on Friday, Sept. 27, with special guests Maurice Brown and GAWD.

It’s been 10 years since  VIVA PHX  reimagined what a music festival could be in downtown Phoenix, bringing 50 acts to 13 stages, some in actual venues, others housed in ad hoc spaces that don’t typically have music, all in walking distance of each other.

Multi-platinum indie-pop artist Dayglow will bring a headlining tour in support of a full-length debut titled “Dayglow” to Arizona Financial Theatre in downtown Phoenix on Nov. 15, 2024.

The album was written, performed, produced and mixed by Sloan Struble himself in his home studio.

Heavy metal legends Judas Priest will bring the Invincible Shield Tour with special guest Sabaton to Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024.

All shows will feature music from their highly anticipated album “ Invincible Shield .”

Produced by Live Nation, this leg of the tour will launch on Sept. 13 in Montreal with stops in Milwaukee, Omaha, Spokane, Los Angeles and more before wrapping with three shows in Texas on Oct. 22, 24 and 26.

Bush at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix

Multiplatinum U.K. grunge sensations Bush are bringing their 30th anniversary celebration, Bush - Loaded: The Greatest Hits Tour, to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, with special guests Jerry Cantrell and Candlebox.

Additional guests will be announced. 

In a review of Bush’s 2023 tour, Billboard wrote that frontman Gavin Rossdale “seems driven to connect with his audience and remind them that Bush is not just a heritage act, but very much alive and well and making new music.”

VIP packages will be available alongside the start of the artist presale.

A limited number of tickets in participating markets will be as low as $19.94 (before taxes and fees), a nod to the 1994 release of Bush’s debut album, “Sixteen Stone.”

Sammy Hagar bringing Van Halen's Michael Anthony to Phoenix

Sammy Hagar has announced a Phoenix date on the long-awaited the Best of All Worlds 2024 tour with longtime bandmates Michael Anthony and Jason Bonham joined by guitar hero Joe Satriani.

Hagar and Anthony, of course, were also bandmates in Van Halen.

The tour will make its way to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2024, with special guests Loverboy.

The tour announcement follows on the heels of “The Collection II,” a box set released Oct. 6 featuring newly remastered versions of the four consecutive No. 1 albums released during the Hagar era of Van Halen: “5150” (1986), “OU812” (1988), “For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge” (1991) and “Balance” (1995).

Peter Hook & the Light at the Van Buren in Phoenix

Peter Hook & The Light will perform the “Substance” albums by Joy Division and New Order in full at the Van Buren in Phoenix on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024.

Hook played bass for both bands and first revisited the seminal Joy Division album “Unknown Pleasures” in 2010 for a charity concert, following through each year by revisiting subsequent albums from the repertoire of both bands at the helm of his own solo project.

Peter Hook & The Light have moved through each of those albums, culminating in the Factory Records “Substance” compilations.

He recently celebrated more than four decades of the continuing influence of Joy Division and lead singer Ian Curtis with the “Joy Division: A Celebration” concerts, where both of the band’s albums were played in full.
