The personal touch

Being face to face with a human that knows what they are talking about rather than tapping buttons or speaking to a complete stranger in a call centre whose only motivation is driven by profit for the holiday . Amy in the Galashiels branch was so professional a great asset and credit to Hays Travel keep up the good work

Only way to book a cruise

My initial enquiry was welcomed with a great conversation which was both knowledgeable and honest. Booking was quick and efficient. The questions she couldn't answer she took a note to follow up. The online price was matched and all of the staff are so lovely. I wouldn't book a cruise any other way. Excellent service

Carmen in the Galashiels branch is absolutely brilliant!! Always very helpful and patient with us to get the holiday we want. Goes above and beyond always to ensure we have everything we need for our holiday. Couldn't be more helpful, we have had Carmen sort out our hoidays for years now and nothing is too much trouble for her. Even on the couple of occasions things haven't always gone right on holiday, Carmen has come to the rescue to deal with our problems. Well done Carmen and many many thanks for your service over the years.

Great bar one thing.

The team in the shop were all very helpful and patient, especially Hayley and Sarah. They did an excellent job getting us what we wanted. The only negative with using Hays is their deposit and payment schedule and their customers should be able to utilise operators offers of no deposit or very low with final payment being due the week before departure.

Friendly Staff=Happy Customer

I gave the travel consultant a list of what i was looking for in a holiday. Kiara found me 3 holiday choices and went through each one with me explaining what was near the hotel and how far certain activities were from each hotel. I am very happy with the booking process. The only complaint I would have is that the shop was very busy with customers waiting on currency and I felt bad taking up so much time while they were waiting. I even said that I can wait for 5 mins while they were served. I will certainly book with Hays in Galashiels again.
