Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

(Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may be more expensive. if there is any changes in shipping rates for these two locations upon processing your order, we will contact you to further advise of your options.)

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1: processing time. Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Processing time usually takes 24-48 hours.

2: shipping time.

Once an order has shipped (24 to 72 hours) You will receive an email with the tracking number and the package should deliver to you within 5 business days.

For whichever reason you did not receive a tracking number within 72 hours, feel free to contact us at: [email protected]

We offer a 30-day return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.

To qualify for a return you will need to contact us first and obtain a RA# and return address at [email protected] and or simply open up a chat with a live agent on the website at anytime.

All items must come back in their original packaging and in good/unused condition and must be received back at the warehouse prior to 30 days of order placed. (Please be sure to request within 3 weeks so we can have it back within the time window) There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the order.

We do not currently offer returns for:

• Wheelchair cushions & support accessories
• Custom orders (products stated to be a custom Item)
• Any Accessories
• Slings for lifts

in case you receive your Item damaged, we require that you get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damages in order to consider it damage upon delivery.

If the package is refused at the time of delivery, then the customer will still be responsible for the restocking and shipping fees as any regular return to ensure that we don’t suffer the losses.

Additional Notes:

It is important to take note  that while we do offer free shipping on many items above $99 however in the recent months the healthcare industry has shifted and manufacturers started placing high shipping costs on us giving us no choice to add shipping charges to all such brands. however, we only add 60% of the shipping charges to you. in addition we have also added many great discounts available as well as cash back rewards on every purchase which can later be used in your account for future purchases., please note that certain brands may experience a slight additional delay from the general shipping terms seasonally especially if items are specialty items.  your kind patience is much appreciated., ** custom items / orders **, by ordering any item stated to be a custom product please note that we are unfortunately unable to cancel such orders after 48 hours of placing the order (when production begins) and we cannot unfortunately accept any returns on custom products. in case of any damages and or defects we will work closely with you to get the product to work and send out the proper parts and we will ensure that things get resolved quick for you to be able to enjoy the product.

Please note that all returns must be shipped back to us within 72 hours of receiving the return label or the return authorization. If the item is not sent out within 72 hours of return approval, especially if the item comes back after the 30 days expires we will no longer be able to accept the return and the customer will be required to arrange for the item to be picked back up from us.

Cura360 Return Policy Most products featured on Cura360.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase depending upon the manufacturer’s return policy. 

For specific return information or authorization, please contact Cura360's Customer Service Department at  [email protected]  or call 833-207-3433 for authorization. Returns cannot be processed without contacting Cura360 first, and some items are non-returnable when opened due to health risks.

Generally, you can expect a credit or refund, less a restocking and handling fee, in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Credits will be issued within 30 days of the manufacturer receiving your returned product back complete and in good, unused condition in original packaging, and them issuing Cura360 an approval. You will be refunded the purchase price, less the Restocking Fee & applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs. 

·       Restocking Fees range based on the Manufacturers policies, typically between 20-30%

·       All returns MUST be pre-approved by Cura360

·       If a return is not received by the carrier within 15 days after the request has been approved, we will consider the item as not returned and a refund will not be processed

·       Shipping costs are not reimbursable

·       Returns due to damage or defect must be reported as soon as possible and pictures may be required

IMPORTANT If there is significant visible damage to the packaging upon receipt, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact Cura360 Customer Service at   customerservice@cura360. com  or call 833-207-3433

Return & Policy

This Warranty covers HoyerPro® Lifts only. Lifts not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to: HML400, HPL700, HPL700WSC, HPL402, C-HLA (and variations). HoyerPro Lifts are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components. Aluminum structural components and welds on lifts are covered under warranty for the lifetime* of the product from the date of delivery. Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered. Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by or authorized in writing by Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.

HoyerPro Lifts contain various parts that wear from normal use. These parts, such as DC batteries, hydraulic pumps and casters are not covered under the lifetime warranty but are covered for 90 days after date of delivery. Joerns Healthcare’s obligation under this warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts, servicing, or replacing, at its option, any product which is found by Joerns Healthcare to be defective. Warranty replacement parts are covered by the terms of this warranty until the product’s original warranty period expires. When requested by Joerns Healthcare, parts must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued only after inspection.

Most service requests can be handled by the facility Maintenance Department with assistance from the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department. Most parts requested can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense. Should a technician be required, one will be provided by Joerns Healthcare, at our discretion. Only the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department can dispatch authorized technicians. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the equipment.

| Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all products shipped to the  United States. Most products will arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped and   tracking   number will be provided for every order.

| Other Shipping

If you are in need of Overnight or 2-Day Shipping to receive your product, we have these options available for everyone at checkout. These are live and accurate shipping rates to save you money and save us time. Please be aware that 2-Day Shipping may not be available for every location.

| International Shipping

As of 2021, we are able to ship internationally for most lightweight items, but due to the limitation from some manufacturers, we enable this per order. Please reach out if you are shipping internationally so we can help you out. 

For large products, such as patient lifts, that are over 20lbs, we do not provide shipping at all.

For smaller products, such as slings or parts, that are under 20lbs, we provide live and accurate international shipping rates available for you to pick from during checkout.

• Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy generally lasts 30 days from your order ship date. However, products from certain manufacturers will require a return policy of less than 30 days. If you are requesting a return past our policy, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our vendors, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. If you need to ship an order back to us, we will provide a return shipping label, otherwise the shipping cost will be credited through a discount code, on top of your full refund. We strive to provide the best service to our customers, so feel free to  contact us  if anything goes wrong!

Manufacturers with less than 30 days return policy:

• Karman Healthcare - return must be within 14 days of shipping.
