Peek Inside the L.A. Mansion J. Lo Toured—Plus a Couple of Other Suggestions
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck set the internet abuzz with a recent visit to a Los Angeles megamansion on the market for $65 million .
TMZ was first to report on their home tour. A source told the site that the on-again couple aren’t ready to cohabitate just yet, but that J. Lo may be considering a move back to L.A. from her Miami digs.
It all adds up: The couple have been caught spending time together in South Florida, as well as a Hamptons trip, plus a Montana getaway. So it stands to reason that if J. Lo wants to spend time with her rekindled flame, she’d require a SoCal pad worthy of the star-powered couple, with enough room—and activities—for all their kids.
The recording artist is no slouch when it comes to recording real estate sales. During her multiyear fling with the former baseball star Alex Rodriguez , the two purportedly bought and sold multimillion-dollar homes in Manhattan , Malibu , and Miami Beach’s Star Island .
Take a look at the modern mansion that J. Lo reportedly toured. And if it isn’t to her liking (or yours), we’ve got a couple of others she might want to consider.
Holmby Hills compound
Price: $64,950,000
Star power: Known as Il Magione, the resortlike spread is located in a tony neighborhood known as “Billionaire’s Row.” The “impeccable” estate offers plenty of privacy and security, set behind locked gates, with a guard gate, motor court, and separate driveway for the staff entrance.
Built in 2013 by the real estate developer Nile Niami , the Los Angeles home last sold for $44 million in 2014.
The massive, eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom, 31,000-square-foot property came back on the market in 2018 for $69.9 million, and topped our weekly look at the most expensive homes at the time.

The home’s high-end amenities certainly caught our eye, and include a bowling alley and game room, indoor pool, spa, and hair salon. But what truly raised our eyebrows was the existence of a private medical room—ideal for any on-site, hush-hush procedures.
Last year, the mansion bounced back onto the market for $65 million. This June, it reappeared with a smidge of a price cut on the previous $65 million price tag.
The high-end compound is furnished by Fendi, with grand entertaining rooms, a triple-island kitchen, and a formal dining room. A terrace overlooks lush acreage.
The main house features a grand master suite, with dual bathrooms, as well as oversized closets.
In addition, the home comes with such amenities as a stocked bar, movie theater, fully equipped gym, golf simulator, a wine cellar with tasting room, and an elevator.
The 1.4-acre grounds include a two-bedroom guesthouse, an outdoor kitchen, as well as a “five-star” luxury pool and cabana area with fountains.
1460 Laurel Way, Beverly Hills
Price: $37,995,000
Star power: While Holmby Hills is swank, this 90210 address is a contender in our book. For one thing, it’s cheaper—not that money is a factor for Lopez.
Built in 2018, this modern abode features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 16,424 square feet of living space, and a wealth of amenities.
Sited on a promontory, the compound features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a three-story, glass-enclosed staircase or elevator, and a multilevel outdoor living area, with an infinity pool outdoor kitchen and bar, and fire features. There’s also a private amphitheater, should Ms. Lopez want to offer impromptu performances at her soirees.
The luxe features rival those of the property twice its price: a movie theater, gym, spa, juice bar, wine cellar, and a private, glass-walled pool above the master suite.
5521 Paradise Valley Rd, Hidden Hills
Price: $28,950,000
Star power: Perhaps J. Lo would consider taking a page from Madonna’s latest land grab, and head to guard-gated Hidden Hills . There, she could snag a modern farmhouse-style mansion built in 2019.
Set atop nearly 7.5 acres, the high-end home offers six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on 14,678 square feet. Perks include a home theater, gym and steam shower, an onyx wet bar with wine walls, a game room, separate office, and an open-concept, double-island kitchen. A master suite features two bathrooms, a walk-out balcony, and walk-in closets.
However, the outdoor space is the true draw. The grounds include a 1,600-square-foot barn, 65-foot infinity pool, a two-hole golf course, tennis court, sand volleyball, outdoor kitchen, and lawns. Other perks include garages for 10 cars, an elevator, smart home system, and massive covered outdoor patios.
